Nancy Drew and the Clue Crew #2: Scream for Ice Cream
So this is the last one that I'll be doing for at least a month. I'm busy working on reading through some other books that I have. However, I will post the video review of the book when I finish it. This book was published in 2006 and it's one of the prettiest covers that I've seen.

The Nancy Drew Notebook #2: The Lost Locket
So this time around I'm starting on the second book in the Nancy Drew Notebook. This book was published in 1994, which makes it pretty old. I'm really enjoying reading this series, even though it's for children. Here's the photo and I'll do a book review of the book tomorrow.

Nancy Drew Dairies #2: Strangers on a Train
So, as I'm doing these in order that I read the first batch of books, this is the second book in the Nancy Drew Dairies that I've got started on. Since I'm reading these batches of books as fast as I am I'm ordering more than one of each book in the series. Here's what the second book looks like.

Book Review: The Bunglow Mystery

So I'm finally getting around to reading the third book in the original Nancy Drew series: The Bungalow Mystery. This was the title that took a bit more time for me to get but I'm happy to have it. This is the orginal version that came out during the twenties.
This is the one that replaced it.

Starting to Read Nancy Drew and the Clue Book Series
This series is one of only two that is still being written and published. I finished this book two weeks ago and didn't get around to doing any kind of post or blog about it. Here's the photo. The only thing that I can say about this book is that the person that did it was really easy to figure out. That's the only thing that I don't like about the series.

Nancy Drew: Girl Detective #1
So I'm starting to read another series that came out right after the original series ended. Nancy Drew: Girl Detective. The first book is Without a Trace. I'm really excited about finally getting around to reading this series. I personally don't think that I have ever read it before and that's why I'm glad that I've gotten the chance to order the book and start reading it. I will do a book review when I'm done.

This is the first book in the Nancy Drew and the Clue Crews series, which went from 2006 to 2014. It has a total of 40 books in them, which means a lot of books in the future.
The Nancy Drew Notebooks: The Slumber Party Secret
So this is the first book that came out way in 1994, which I was around thirteen. I had never read this series until much later. When the series was already finished. So I'm collecting these as well and reading each one of them. I'll do a review when I'm done with it.

I decided to do a book review of the first book that I read.
The Hidden Staircase
This is the second book in the original Nancy Drew series. Since I've just started to re-read it I'm not doing a summary of this book. However, I'll show you the photo's of the different covers of the books.

Starting My Collection
So I've started to buy books that will be apart of my collection. Each day I will be showing a photo of the book that I bought and what place it is in the line up. So here's the first one.
The Secret of the Old Clock!
The first one is the original cover of the book.
This book contained language that was appropriate for that time but when it was revised that was one of the many things that was taken out. The original was republished in the early 2000's.
The second one is a cover that I don't recongize or see where it fits, but it's the same book that I'm guessing had the language taken out.
The last one, which is the one that I have, is the yellow spinned cover with the yellow on the top of the front cover.
This is the first mystery that Nancy Drew solved. What I did love about the original was the fact that she was in a Model T or even a later version of that car. I'm not a fan of the convertible. I loved the hat that she wore and the artwork. I understand the warning but that didn't stop me from enjoying the book. In-fact that consider the original to be better than the one that came out after revising and removing of content.
Note: Totally forgot about this version. I don't know if it's like the first, but it's a book that I will be getting at some point.

Welcome
This is my first blog post and I want to thank you for coming and reading to start off. This blog is something that I've been thinking about doing for a long time and now I can do it. I've been a huge Nancy Drew fan for years and this blog will be reflective of that. I will be posting photo's of the books that I've gotten, I'm going to post video's showing them, and any other thing that I can think of. I hope that you will enjoy the videos and the photo's.
